The HVACFormsonline.com Home Survey is our first product available to HVAC contractors in North America. Basically, it is a web site where your prospects/customers can visit and do the following:

  1. Get a general overview of the HVAC estimate process
  2. Learn about your company's estimate/job information such as available warranties, current specials, other estimate details, etc.
  3. Link to your company's web site for further information
  4. fill-in information in a form that pertains to their home layout, needs and situation. This includes answering questions about the age of their home/business, square feet of their home/business. And answering questions like, do they have allergies, do they have any hard to heat or cool rooms, what exactly do they want an estimate on (what type of equipment), and how did they hear about your company? And much more.

This web site replaces the need for you or your staff to write this information down on a piece of paper or a pre-printed form, improving your data accuracy from 30%-40% to 80%-90%.
