The HVAC Home Survey is not desktop software, it is an Internet based application where there are costs for data transfers and web site hosting. To learn more about how the program functions click here.

Pricing

The pricing includes the following:

  • Full use of Home Survey web site for your company and your prospects/customers
  • Full use of Admin web site for your company
  • Full use of all animated tutorials
  • Full use of remote server which includes hosting the two web sites, server maintenance, all data transfers to/from web site and database server, and all data transfers from web server to your desktop (animated tutorials, Excel reports)
  • Unlimited seats to the MS SQL Server
  • All data warehousing of your company's info and prospects data
  • All imporvements and bug fixes to web sites (site maintenance)
  • All support of software

There is a one time setup fee of $300 and then $600 for companies that have ten employees or less. For companies over ten employees add an additional $50 per employee.

The $600 (or greater if more then 10 employees) is a yearly fee. All balances are due one month before the expiration of the year contract. The first year's balance is due at the time of sale. Your company's Home Survey and Admin web sites will be fully functional within one week upon recieval of the first year's payment.
